Fee Services - TRANSITION TRAINING

Services are provided in community-based settings or in CVS's own facitilies, and focus on helping the person to obtain appropriate employment.

Admission Criteria

• Unemployed or under employed.
• Limited or negative work history.
• Have recently completed a situational assessment, the outcome of which supports the appropriateness of this program.
