A service to individuals and schools, closely coordinated with the student's overall plan to make the transition from an educational setting to a vocational setting.
Admission Criteria
Be at least 16 years of age.
Have a transition plan in place with individual's school.
Services Provided
CVS provides the vocational component of the student's overall transition plan.
