Day Training and Habilitation Program
CVS provides Day Training and Habilitation services to persons who have disabilities, who have high needs for supervision, training and assistance with daily living.
DTH program consumers are mainly referred by county departments of human services, the state Rehabilitation Services Branch and area school systems.
Levels of supervision as close as 1 to 1 are available. Persons with severe levels of disability can participate in pre-vocational, community integration, seniors specific, and other activities.
Services provided include training in daily living, pre-vocational, social and behavioral skills; speech therapy; personal care training and assistance; other supportive services.

Admission Criteria
- Meet appropriate funding source criteria.
- Complete social history.
- Approval for specific level of funding by county of financial responsibility.
- Limited work and social skills.
- Need close supervision.
- May need assistance with self-care.
- Have goals of entering vocational rehabilitation program(s).
